How to Remove Windows XP X64 Services

    • 1). Download Turbo Service Manager. Turbo Service Manager is a thorough management program that locates active and inactive services on your computer and gives you the means to start them, stop them or remove them completely. The program will download as a RAR file.

    • 2). Install Turbo Service Manager to your computer. In order to install the program, open the program folder. It will be marked "tsm". Once inside the folder, double-click the "tsm32.exe" icon. The program will install and launch.

    • 3). Locate the Windows XP X64 service that you want to delete in the list of programs and services that populate in the program window. When Turbo Service Manager launches, the list of programs and services that are on your computer system will populate automatically. Click on the name of the service to highlight it.

    • 4). Go to the "Action" menu. Select "Uninstall" from the list of possible actions.

    • 5). Confirm that you want to delete the service. A pop-up message will prompt you. The message warns that choosing this option will permanently delete the service from your system. If you are certain you want to delete the service, click "Yes". This will remove the service completely from your system.
