How to Get Thunder TM in Emerald
- 1). Travel to Lilycove City. It's west on Route 124 and east on Route 121.
- 2). Enter the Lilycove Department Store. It's on the north side of town.
- 3). Go up to the fourth floor. You'll find two salesclerks there.
- 4). Speak to the salesclerk on the left. She will offer to sell you several abilities. Select "Thunder" to purchase TM Thunder.
