Whoever You Think You Are Controls Your Fate
What is your belief? Do you believe you are a fragile human destined to age at around 65 years old and to suffer and die about 20 or 30 or perhaps 40 years after that? Or, do you believe you are a vibrant, energetic being who is in control of your own destiny? Perhaps your belief lies somewhere between the two.
Our answer might surprise you.
Whatever you Believe is True: Since you are a vibrant, energetic being who is in control of your own destiny, whatever you believe is true.
If you believe you are victim, you will create many bullies to victimize you.
If you believe you are a Son of God, you will be able to perform miracles of healing and create abundance in your life.
Whatever you choose is yours.
Whatever you choose to believe will determine what you can create.
This is the secret behind Law of Attraction -- subjective reality.
I believe, thanks to my father's teaching, that when I am tired I will get sick.
It happens almost every time that if I miss a night's sleep, I get sick.
Other people believe that when they "catch a chill" they will get sick, and they do.
I don't believe that.
I can go barefoot in the snow without a coat, and never get sick from that.
Others believe that they "have a weathervane knee" and that formerly injured knee will tell them when wet weather is coming.
When the weather turns damp or rainy, they suffer pain in that knee.
This is not my belief.
I have plenty of old injuries, but they don't bother me when the weather is damp.
I am sure you have your own beliefs in these areas, and can identify with this.
Perhaps you have a friend or a partner who has different beliefs that don't affect you and you know what I am talking about.
Subjective reality is in control of your world and theirs.
How Does this Work? I hope that you do know someone close who was raised with a different paradigm so that you have an example of the effects of a belief different from yours.
If the world was objective, or if reality were objective, then we would all be operating from the same reality.
For example, everyone would get sick when they are tired, or everyone would feel pain in old injuries.
This would be evidence of objective reality.
This is not true because reality is subjective.
We create our own reality with our beliefs every day.
If you want to change your reality, you have to change the belief you are projecting.
Mike Dooley tells a story about saying as a teenager "I'm really tired.
" Even though he was a teenager, and they are never tired, he explains that he would say that when he was at a loss for words.
He then began to notice that he did become tired.
He stopped saying it, and his energy and vitality returned.
Similarly, you must monitor your speech.
Don't be saying things like, "You'll give me a heart attack" or "You'll drive me to drink" unless that is what you choose for your future.
You will attract into your life what you think about and speak about.
This is the Law of Attraction.
How do we Change Our Beliefs? One way, as we explain above, is to stop repeating negative messages.
Your unconscious hears everything you say.
Whether you are talking to a friend, a neighbor, or yourself, your unconscious is the Genie who will make your wishes come alive.
This is the value of positive affirmations.
Say something often enough and with conviction, and it will come true.
Another way is to use bin-aural beats or meditation or the Silva Method to access the unconscious.
While in a trance state, you can input new messages more easily.
One bin-aural beat company allows you to make your own subliminal message recording that you can use while sleeping or reading or meditating.
This will overwrite the messages originally input by your parents or trusted teachers.
We can also accept who we are.
When we acknowledge that we are a Son of God/Creator/Source, we are accepting that we are co-creators of our reality, always directly connected to the One.
As co-creators or creators of our reality we can change our reality by removing energy or belief from any part of our current lives that we no longer choose to support.
We always recommend meditation and connection to your spirit for strengthening your understanding of who you are.
