- 1). Pull the range away from the wall and remove the power cable from the electrical outlet.
- 2). Remove the rear main panel of the range by detaching the screws securing the panel to the cabinet. The screws are located around the outside edges of the panel.
- 3). Remove the mounting screw securing the oven sensor, located on the right side of the rear of the range.
- 4). Pull the oven sensor out of the range.
- 5). Disconnect the oven sensor wire from the range wire connector by squeezing the tab and removing.
- 6). Connect the wires of the new sensor to the range wire harness.
- 7). Insert the sensor into the oven cabinet and secure using the mounting screw.
- 8). Reattach the rear panel of the range with the screws that you removed earlier.
- 9). Plug the power cord into the wall outlet. Push the range back against the wall.
