How to Check Reverse Osmosis Water Filter Tank Pressure

Turn off all water faucets.

Open the reverse osmosis tank valve, and attach a calibrated air pressure gauge.

Check the calibrated air pressure gauge for the tank pressure, which should be at least 7 pounds per square inch (psi).

Increase air pressure as necessary to 7 psi.

Close the tank valve cap, and slowly turn on the water faucet.
