iPhone

• 1). Tap "Settings" on the home screen of your iPhone.
  
  
• 2). Tap "Sounds." Under "Ring" category, move the slider to the right to maximize the ringer.
  
  
• 3). Move the slider on the left side of your device in an upwards direction to turn off the silent mode.
  
  

BlackBerry

• 1). Turn off the mute feature by pressing the "Mute" key at the top of your device.
  
  
• 2). Press the "Volume Up" key on the right side of your BlackBerry cellphone.
  
  
• 3). Pres the "Q" key to change the profile to vibrate mode. Press the key again to revert to normal mode.
