Location of the Media Center Library Database in Vista

- 1). Click "Start," and then "Run."
- 2). Type the following:
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\Media Player
and press "Enter." Here, "%LOCALAPPDATA%" tells Windows to use the exact location of your user's application data folder, so you don't have to know the path yourself. - 3). Look at the contents of the directory that appears in Windows Explorer. This is WMC's media library. Deleting the entire contents of the folder will clear the library.
