Crochet Mitered Square Instructions
- 1). Make a loop in your yarn and insert the hook. Chain two. Make three single crochet stitches in the second chain from the hook.
- 2). Chain one, then turn. Single crochet in the first stitch, make three single crochet stitches in the next stitch, then single crochet in the next stitch. Chain one, then turn again.
- 3). Single crochet twice, then make three single crochet stitches in the next stitch, then single crochet twice again. Chain one and turn.
- 4). Single crochet three times, then make three single crochet stitches in the next stitch, then single crochet three times again. Chain one and turn.
- 5). Continue on with each row until you have reached the size of square that you desire. The next row would have four stitches before and after the three stitches in one stitch, the next row would have five, and so on. Each time you place three stitches in one stitch, you are creating a corner.
