How to Retrieve a Briefcase in Windows Vista Home Basic
- 1). Turn on your computer and log in as the administrator.
- 2). Open the "Recycle Bin" by double-clicking the recycle bin icon on the desktop. The icon is shaped like a trash can.
- 3). Locate the briefcase that was deleted. Click the file name.
- 4). Click "Restore This Item" on the toolbar. The file is replaced to its original location. All of the contents of the briefcase should be intact.
