- 1). Push the bezel button on the iPod Touch, and slide the bar at the bottom of the screen to unlock it.
- 2). Select the "Settings" button on the home screen, and tap the "Wi-Fi" tab.
- 3). Slide your finger against the button on the Wi-Fi tab to enable Wi-Fi, and tap the network you wish to connect to from the network list. Tap the "Other" tab to enter a network name that does not appear in the list of available networks.
- 4). Type the password for the locked network, and tap the "Join" button at the bottom of the screen.
- 5). Push the bezel button on the iPod Touch to return to the home screen. The Wi-Fi signal will appear in the upper-left corner of the screen if the iPod Touch successfully connects to the Wi-Fi network.
