How to Disable iPod Disk Mode
- 1). Flip the "Hold" switch that's found on your iPod to the "On" position. After roughly one second, flip that same switch back to the "Off" position. The position of this switch will vary based upon the iPod you own.
- 2). Press and hold down the "Menu" button and "Play/Pause" or "Select" button (depending on which iPod you own) on the iPod at the same time.
- 3). Hold down the two buttons mentioned in the previous step for about six to ten seconds. The Apple logo will then appear on the iPod screen. When this occurs, you can release the two buttons and wait for the iPod to finish resetting.
