How to Make a Paper Bobblehead for Scrapbooking

- 1). Find a portrait of a person, critter or character that you want to create a bobblehead from. Look in books, magazines, photos or draw one yourself.
- 2). Make two copies of the original image. The first copy is for the base head and the second copy is for the bobblehead.
- 3). Cut the head out of the second copy. Cut carefully so the lines of the cut match the image.
- 4). Cut a thin, long rectangle out of your blank scratch paper. Fold the rectangle into little squares over and over again so it scrunches up.
- 5). Glue one end of the scrunched paper to the base head. Glue the other end to the back of the bobble head. Flick the top head to see it bobble.
