Nat makes a feeble attempt at covering up why they were there as Rex and Paul are arrested and taken away. John thought Nat was smart enough not to get involved and asks why she didn?t tell him. Nat claims that she did nothing wrong. John places her under arrest and they go to the station. Nat wants to go home. John asks her to tell him about the heist. Nat covers up by saying she knew nothing about a heist.

John tells Nat he got a tip from someone and asks who the masterminds behind the plan are. Nat won?t blow in her brother or Paul. John tells her to leave.

Antonio questions the man who shot Angelina. The man stays silent through out the entire interrogation. Dan watches on. Antonio attacks the man and threatens him. Dan tells Antonio to back off or he?ll place Antonio under arrest. Antonio won?t stop until he finds the truth. A cop is talking on the phone saying everything will go down smooth.

Tico is sitting with Ang, wondering how this could?ve happened. Sonia thinks Tico had the shooting arranged. Tico promises that he had nothing to do with it. Antonio comes in to check on Ang. Tico tells him to leave because he is the reason Ang almost died. Antonio will leave but vows to get answers form them. Tico tells Sonia he has to run a few errands and will be back. Antonio overhears Sonia telling Ang that she can?t say anything to any one.

David is at home waiting for someone. He greets a woman who is standing outside the door.

David thanks her for coming. The woman says she wants money for her services. Dave has no money so he gives her one of Dorian?s bracelets.

The questions continue to come from Kevin?s lawyer to try to establish that Kelly is an unfit mother. Van uses every tactic to prove otherwise. The judge calls a sidebar in which she warns Kevin?s lawyer to watch himself or he?ll be held in contempt. Witnesses include Duke, Kelly, Paul and a surprise witness. Duke reveals that Kevin wasn?t there for him as a child and Kelly was. He also says that Kevin does financial support him. Paul, who was supposed to support Kevin, completely supported Kelly saying that she was an absolutely wonderful and dedicated mother. Kelly admits to seeing a psychiatrist because she has been dealing with a lot of stress lately and she admits to taking tranquilizers to help her sleep at night. Emerson, Kevin?s lawyer, tires to prove that Kelly is a drug addict with a mental problem but Van disputes the facts and manages to improve Kelly?s image. David tells Dorian that everything is set.

Jess runs into Tico at the courthouse and asks about Ang. Tico says she is fine and hopes everything is going ok with the hearing. Jess wonders why Antonio hasn?t shown up or isn?t answering his phone. Tico suggests that Antonio got sidetracked. Duke comes up and says Adriana rejected his offer to the ball. Tico?s phone rings and it?s the cop telling him that everything?s been taken care off. Tico takes off. Everyone is called back into the courtroom.

Sonia is snooping around Lion?s Heart for clues. She comes up with nothing as a knock is heard at the door. Antonio comes barging in and demands to know the truth about the Santo organization. Sonia plays dumb as she grabs Antonio?s gun.

Tico meets the man. The man thanks Tico for getting him out of jail. Tico asks how he could?ve let Ang get in the way of the bullet as Tico pulls a knife on the man.

The girl David spoke with shows up at the courtroom. The girl, whose name is Paige Nelson, takes the stand. In her testimony she claims that Kevin employed her services when Kelly was married and their relationship blossomed into love. Kevin claims that he?s never seen Paige in his life. Paige says that Kevin loved her but used her. Van thanks her. Emerson unsuccessfully tries to discredit Paige. The judge calls for a recess so she can review the testimony and come back with a verdict.

As Nat leaves, John receives a call to let him know that someone has broken out of jail.

Everyone is called back into the courtroom. The judge enters and says that she has a verdict for the case. . .
