- 1). Place one taper candle in the exact center of the unused vase. Use the hot glue gun to attach the candle to the inside of the vase and let it dry.
- 2). String the glass beads up so you have a long necklace. The string should be long enough so when you wrap it around the base of a plain taper candle, it goes up about a third of the way.
- 3). String more glass beads and wrap them around the outside of the first string of beads. Use the hot glue gun to attach the two strings so they're nesting, one inside the other. Make a third string and attach it if your candle holder doesn't seem stable enough.
- 4). Place the glass bead base around the taper inside the vase. You can also use it separately from the vase for a new look.
