How to Make a Brownie or Girl Scout T-Shirt
- 1). Download a picture of the Girl Scout logo or Brownie-related clip art. Look on the official Girl Scout website for downloadable clip art. Right-click the image and select "Save Image As." Select a folder to download the file to and confirm your selection by clicking "OK."
- 2). Print the images on iron-on transfer paper. Navigate to the file. Click "My Computer" from the desktop and open the folder where the download is located. Right-click the file and select "Print" from the menu. Load the paper correctly into the printer and follow the printer and paper manufacturer's instructions for this process. Some printers do not work well with iron-on transfer paper.
- 3). Cut out each iron-on transfer leaving a 1/2-inch blank border around each design.
- 4). Iron the designs onto the shirt and heat set as directed.
- 5). Draw on the shirt with fabric markers or pens and heat set as directed by the manufacturer.
- 6). Wash the shirt inside out in cold water. Tumble dry on low.
