Does Muscle Have Memory?

What are the two other parts of your body that have memory? There is one good one and there is one bad one.
Muscle is the good one, and the bad one is fat.
What does this mean? Well it means that when you have muscle and you want to take a day off, and during that day off you gain about 4 lbs.
The next day you go for a run, well you will lose those lbs fast.
This is great right.
Well with fat memory it's not.
You have to be contently working out until you lose pounds.
At first when you are trying to lose that weight it seems like it takes forever.
That's because your fat has memory.
Once you get into a good routine and you start to build muscle it starts to become easier.
Your muscle and fat memory only last about 1 week but if you're constantly doing fitness and working out or being lazy.
Then that memory keeps expanding.
The best way to lose that weight or get that muscle back is by consistency.
When I hear that people have lost 50 lbs in 6 months or so, I think of them as the greatest people to walk on this land.
Why? Well I'm a Canadian soldier and having discipline one of the most important parts of being part of the army, is quite hard for myself.
Well if an average person is capable of doing this then they deserve to win a nomination of some sort as the most disciplined people to walk the face of the earth.
They have to find the right diet, which is hard because everyone has different body types.
Then they have to keep at it day and night or else they will easily regain that weight.
