  Hair buns are a traditional up-do hair style. The hair normally is pulled back from the face and secured to the head with pins or a hair net. These buns can be worn by men or women of any age. Chignon

• The chignon is a classic bun hairstyle that has been used for centuries by men and women. It is formed by pulling the hair back into a ponytail.
