Yorkies Training
Finding a great Yorkies training program can be a challenge, but since they are a good dog normally all that you need is your basic obedience courses.
Even with the obedience course though you might find that you are going to run into some problems because even though they are small they do tend to have an attitude to make up for the size.
Here are a couple of Yorkies training tips that I know came in handy for me.
The first tip that I found that worked out best and was very helpful in getting my loving pet trained was to not give up and let him win.
I know that he would try all the time to win any stare down or other challenge, but I had to make sure that I won the stare down to establish that I was the dominate in the house.
So I had to make sure that he knew that was the first rule.
The second tip is to ensure that you are able to spend enough time each day working on your Yorkie training for it to succeed.
I know that for me it was roughly about fifteen minutes to a half hour per day.
Now I would have liked to have spent more time doing this, but with family you can understand that it can be hard to reach that level of time that you can spend the entire day doing it.
However, I found that the fifteen minutes seemed to work out really well as well because it kept his attention and after a max of thirty he got bored.
