As you know, when cooling liquid rush into the cutting kerf, there would be a certain amount of pressure, which as usual should be greater than 0.1Mpa, with such great pressure, a large amount of small cutting kerf would be taken away, which is useful to reduced the abrasion on diamond tool bit and even its matrix, otherwise they are likely to be damaged by a mass of cutting crumbs accumulated at here because cutting quantity of heat can not be released.
In addition, if you used the cooling liquid which contains a certain amount of emulsified liquid, because of the feature of dissolving in both water and oil, there would be a thin layer of lubricative oil film on both the surface of saw blade and cutting stone, as a result, during cutting and sawing, friction coefficient would be reduced and cutting resistance, along with vibration, would be also reduced.
