How to Wear Sanitary Pads
- 1). Remove the pad from the packaging. If it is individually wrapped, remove and discard the wrapper.
- 2). Unfold the pad and remove the paper liner on the bottom.
- 3). Press the pad, adhesive-side down, into the seat of your underwear. Make sure that it is centered. If your pad has "wings," remove the paper backing on each side and press the adhesive strips to the underside of your underwear.
