How to Restart a Computer Modem
- 1). Click "Start" and open the "Control Panel."
- 2). Click on the "Network and Sharing Center" and select "Manage Connections."
- 3). Right click on the connection that utilizes the modem.
- 4). Select "Disable." This will turn off the modem.
- 5). Right click on the connection and select "Enable" to restart the device.
