How to Apply Hemp Seed Oil to Hair

    Hemp Seed Oil Hair Routine

    • 1). Wet your hair thoroughly with cold or warm water. Pour a generous amount of organic hemp seed oil shampoo into the palm of your hand and gently massage it into your hair and scalp until a lather is formed. Rinse your hair completely until the water runs clean.

    • 2). Massage a generous amount of organic hemp seed oil conditioner into your hair and scalp. Leave the conditioner on your hair for at least 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse your hair thoroughly until all conditioner residue is gone.

    • 3). Use a towel to dry the excess water from your hair.

    • 4). Apply hemp seed oil leave-in conditioner liberally to towel-dried hair and scalp to detangle hair, retain moisture and protect hair from styling product damage.

    • 5). Use a blow dryer to finish drying your hair or allow it to air-dry completely.

    • 6). Apply a generous amount of pure hemp seed oil or hemp seed oil gel, mousse or spray to your hair and style your hair as desired.
