Bullying - Teach Your Children How to Deal With a Bully

No one enjoys being bullied, yet this is a problem that has been following us in every stage of our lives.
Yes, we encounter it in school, at work and during retirement.
It is a problem that many of us are trying to stop, yet, on the other hand, the question is asked, are we going too far to stop it? No one wants to witness or to hear that someone is taking advantage of their child.
No one wants their child to be a victim and because of this, we should teach them how to deal with a bully.
At School Our young ones are taken advantage of and are usually intimidated on the playgrounds and in the classrooms.
Sometimes their teachers are able to catch it just in time and many other times they are not.
Some schools have made it a practice of having teachers on the playgrounds during recess and at lunchtime.
Among many other reasons, they have done this with the hope of preventing this activity from taking place.
However, there are not enough teachers out there to keep an eye on everything that is going on.
When it comes to the classroom, although this is a smaller area, teachers are still not able to see everything.
Yes, sometimes they do, but at other times they do not.
Therefore, your child will need to know what to do if he/she is faced with this situation.
Summer Jobs The summertime is a time when some teenagers will go looking for a job and when they are hired, they may be faced with it at their place of employment.
They may be forced to always work at the busiest hours or, they may be constantly ridiculed for their work performance.
They may not want to quit and you may not want to force them to do that either.
Therefore, what will they do? How will they know when they are being bullied from when it is simply a matter of the "world of work?" Travelling Our little ones are not only ill treated by people they know, but sometimes, they are also ill treated by strangers.
If they are travelling to school either by walking or riding, with, or without a friend, this may not deter someone from stopping them and demanding that their lunch or their lunch money be given to them.
If they do not have either, they may be subjected to physical harm instead.
Yes, this form of ill treatment do not just stop at demanding items, they may also be faced with physical arm.
Therefore, it is our responsibility to teach them how to deal with this potentially life changing problem
