Babyshower Centerpiece Instructions

    • 1). Fill a vase with decorative stones. These will hold the stems in place.

    • 2). Make the flowers by securing each item--rattle, pacifier and so on--to a length of florist's wire to create a stem. Use florist's tape as necessary to secure the item to the wire and create a base for the blossom.

    • 3). Insert the items into the stones to create a bouquet. Make sure the objects don't crowd each other and are fanned out to form a pleasing bunch of flowers. If you need to make any items shorter, use the wire cutters to snip off the end of the wire stem. Complete the arrangement by adding springs of baby's breath and other flowers.

    • 4). Wrap ribbon around the vase near the top and tie it into a bow.

    • 5). Add the stuffed toy. If it is small enough, you can tuck it in among the stems so it sits on the rim of the vase. If it is larger, set it on the table and position it so it hugs the vase.
