How to Use a Webcam on a PS3
- 1). Verify that your webcam is UVC capable. You can look in the manual or check the manufacturer's website.
- 2). Plug the webcam USB cable into one of the USB ports on the PS3.
- 3). Turn the console on without a game loaded in the tray. The dashboard will load automatically.
- 4). Scroll to the "Settings" icon, then scroll down to "Accessory Settings."
- 5). Select "Camera Settings" to verify that the PS3 is detecting your webcam.
