How to Convert an MPEG File to a PSP Format
- 1). Download and install one of the video converters (see References for links). These converters will convert the MPEG file into a generic MP4 file that is the PSP video file format.
- 2). Open PSP Video 9 and click "Video File." Click "Select File" and choose the MPEG file that you want to convert. Name the new video file in the "Title" box. Click the "Destination" button and select a place to save the video file. Click "Next" and "Start Converting" to convert to a PSP video file.
- 3). Open Free iPod Video Converter and click "Add Files." Select your MPEG video file from the window that appears. Name the new file in the box that reads "Title." Select a place to save the video file in the "Destination" field. Click "OK" and "Convert" to create the new video file.
- 4). Open 4Media Video Converter and click the "+" button to open a new window. Select your MPEG video file and click the "Profile" button. Click "MPEG4-Video" from the menu that appears. Click the "Browse" button and select a place to save the PSP video file. Click the "Start" button to create the new video file.
