How to Download Music on Your PSP LimeWire
- 1). Right-click anywhere on your desktop and select "New > Folder." Name the new folder "PSP." Inside the "PSP" folder, create another new folder and call it "Music."
- 2). Find the music you've downloaded from LimeWire. Unless you have changed it, the music is usually stored in "My Documents > Downloads." Copy all the music you want to put on your PSP from that folder to the "PSP" folder you created on the desktop in Step 1.
- 3). Plug the PSP into your computer with a USB cable (available at electronics or computer stores). Turn on the PSP and press the "Home" button near the lower left corner of the screen. Navigate to "Settings" and then to "USB connection." Press the "X" button while "USB connection" is selected, and the PSP will connect to your computer.
- 4). Navigate to "My computer" and wait for a new drive to appear under the words "Devices with removable storage." It will be assigned a letter (usually "F" or "G," depending on how many other removable devices you have plugged in). Open the new drive (which is your PSP) and copy the "PSP" folder from the desktop to your PSP. Your LimeWire music has now been downloaded to your PSP.
