How to Calculate the Due Date of an IVF Cycle

- 1). Write down the date of the IVF procedure. This will be considered the date of conception.
- 2). Add 266 days (38 weeks) to the date of the IVF procedure (date of conception). This is the estimated due date of the pregnancy.
- 3). Use online calculators as another way to determine a due date after IVF. Many online calculators allow you to enter the date of conception and automatically estimate a due date based on that data. Note that a few websites directed specifically at couples who have undergone infertility treatments will ask for the date of egg collection or insemination, which is the date of the IVF procedure.
