Here are some tips to avoid morning sickness and laziness.
- Never get up from bed hurriedly, because your body takes some time to warm up itself, so first stay at bed in sitting position.
- After wake up stay on bed in sitting position for some time and than get out of the bed.
- Take shower with fresh water
- Never forget to take healthy and energetic breakfast
- Keep away from big fatty meals, always try to take light and healthy meals
- Wear Relax and loose clothes that don't put strain on your stomach
- Create comfortable Atmosphere with Fresh; pleasant fragrances that will make you feel better and energetic
- Eat minor amounts of meals but at frequent shorter period of time.
Try not to go more than four hours between eating. - You can take little and slight snacks or biscuits before getting out of bed
- Rest or sleep for proper time and fixed amount time, six hours sleep is good for young people.
- Try to keep away from bad smells and food that make you feel awful
- Stay away from highly spiced or oily foods
- Most Importantly eat dinner early and sleep atleast 3 to 4 hours after dinner.
- One Glass of hot Milk would be great.
