How to Make a Child's Neck Warmer
- 1). Open out the fabric so that you have a piece which is approximately 9 inches by 58 inches.
- 2). Measure and cut a piece from the larger section that it is 9 inches by 24 inches.
- 3). Measure up 3 inches from center line, and cut a 4-inch slit in the fleece fabric.
- 4). Wrap the fleece around child’s neck and pull any extra through the slit to wear without the material falling off.
