The Best Way to Build Muscle - Maximum Results in the Shortest Time Possible

What is the best way to build muscle? Obviously if you want to build muscle you're going to have to work out but if you're going to put in that much effort you want to make sure that the time and effort you put forth is being used as efficiently as possible.
To build muscle requires three things, proper exercise, proper diet, and a sufficient amount of rest.
Muscle building is going to require a strenuous workout and your body is going to need proper nutrition to fuel this type of intense activity.
You'll want to make sure you're eating enough calories to give your body the energy it needs during a strenuous workout and you'll also want to make sure you're eating enough protein to build up your muscles.
Lean meats, poultry, eggs and fish are great sources of protein.
When it's time to work out the best way to build muscle is to lift heavy weights for 8 to 10 repetitions.
Working out with lighter weights and doing a greater number of repetitions will build lean muscle mass but will not give you the bulk that most weightlifters are looking for.
If you can easily do more than 10 repetitions with the weight you're using, you're not using enough weight.
Increase the amount of weight until it is a real struggle to complete 8 to 10 repetitions.
The proper amount of rest is also very important in a weight training program.
Some people are very motivated and want to work out every day so if you are going to work out every day make sure you work a different muscle group so that the muscles you worked the day before have a chance to recover.
When you workout with weights you're actually causing microscopic tears in the muscle tissue.
As your body repairs this damage your muscles grow and get stronger but if you do not allow enough rest between workouts you are not giving your body a chance to repair the damage done and it could actually lead to injuries.
The best way to build muscle is to use the tips above and have a proper mix of a good diet, a good workout program, and to allow a sufficient rest period before your next workout.
