I think no one wants their computers infected by spyware and viruses, but things do not always develop as what we wish.
So we should give a thought to how to keep spyware away from our computers and how to remove spyware thoroughly.
Here I sum up some useful tips.

Strengthen our safety awareness Install a powerful antispyware software.
Pay attention that do not run several different antispyware programs at the same time, because it may cause incompatibility problem and collision, which may lessen protection.
Besides the basic part mentioned, there are some other common knowledge we should know.
For examples, the antispyware software, system and software patches should be up dated on time.
When you get emails from strangers, do not casually load down the attachments or click the links in emails.
When you use a USB, scan it first to make sure it is safe.
When you serf the Internet, do not open too many websites, which may also lead to freeze.
If there is pop-up asking you to set the present website as homepage, do not click "Ok".
Remove cookies, temporary Internet files and historic record regularly.

How to remove spyware when you find a suspicious one.
Once you find your PC is infected by spyware or you are suspicious of being infected, there are many choices you have to remove the spyware: (1)Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to run Task Manager and then you can stop the suspicious programs.
(2)Restart your PC and enter System High Security Mode by simply press F8 (3)Use GHOST one key deoxidation system to make your computer return to the original situation.
But you have to backup some important files or you may lose them.
(4)Run your antispyware software and give your PC a full scan.
It is the simplest way to remove spyware and viruses if you have a powerful and smart one.
