How to Put Jewels on Tulle
- 1). Lay down a piece of cardboard over the area where you will be applying jewels onto the tulle fabric. This will prevent the tulle from adhering to the furniture or carpeting.
- 2). Drape the tulle fabric over the cardboard. Line up the edge of the tulle with the middle of the cardboard so that you can clearly see where you will be decorating the tulle.
- 3). Squeeze a dime-sized dollop of glitter glue onto the tulle, placing the dollop 1 inch above the edge of the fabric.
- 4). Press a plastic jewel onto the glue dollop, and hold it in place for one to two minutes so the glitter glue can adhere to the jewel.
- 5). Repeat this process around the entire length of the tulle. Arrange the jewels so that they are evenly spaced. You can make the jewels as close or as far apart as you prefer. Allow the glitter glue to dry for 30 minutes to securely adhere the jewels onto the tulle.
