How to Troubleshoot a Wolf Range

    • 1). Clean the ignitor and allow it to dry thoroughly if the burner fails to light. If the problem continues, check to make sure the burner parts are assembled correctly and installed properly.

    • 2). Avoid using more than one oversized pans at the same time on the range if the burners extinguish while several pans are on the range. The use of several large pans restricts the air flow and may cause the flame to go out.

    • 3). Check the temperature setting if the oven temperature is too hot. Lower the temperature. Note that certain pans, such as glass or dark metal, will hold more heat, and baking pans that are too large will result in higher oven temperatures.

    • 4). Center the pan above the burner if food boils or burns unexpectedly. Ensure the pan is resting level on the burner surface.

    • 5). Reduce the number of pans in use if the food cooks or browns unevenly. Using a smaller pan may also help with this issue.
