How to Use Multiple Ipods With One Computer

    • 1). Open iTunes.

    • 2). Plug any of the iPods that you want to use with the one computer into a USB port on that computer.

    • 3). Close the dialog box that opens in iTunes by clicking either "No" or the "X" button. If no dialog box opens, you may skip to the next step.

    • 4). Click the name of the iPod you plugged into the computer listed underneath "Devices." Tabs will show up at the top of iTunes.

    • 5). Select the "Summary" tab. Several options will then be listed near the bottom of the center iTunes window.

    • 6). Choose "Manually manage music and videos." This will prevent the iPod from automatically syncing with the iTunes software on your computer.

    • 7). Click "Apply" at the bottom of the program. The iPod settings will be changed.

    • 8). Repeat this process with any other iPods you want to use on the one computer.
