How to Make Your Own Sticker Supplies
- 1). Purchase double-stick foam mounting tape. This is available at most craft stores. It either come on a roll that you cut to size or it is available as small squares.
- 2). Cut out a base from card stock. Glue additional card stock shapes onto the base to make the design you desire. Alternately, use buttons, felt, small charms, or other embellishments to make the design.
- 3). Peel the backing paper from one side of the mounting foam. Stick it to the center of the the back of your card stock design. For larger designs, attach a foam square to the top and to the bottom.
- 4). Use the sticker by peeling of the second piece of backing paper from the foam square and sticking it to the item you are embellishing with the sticker.
- 1). Size your design in your favorite photo editing software. Sticker paper comes in 8.5 by 11 inch sheets, so fill a page with as many designs as you can to avoid wasting paper.
- 2). Place the paper into the printer tray. Follow the instructions for your printer to make sure that it prints on the right side of the paper and not on the printed sticker backing.
- 3). Set your print quality to the highest photo quality available. Print and allow the ink to dry for 5 minutes before picking it up.
- 4). Cut the stickers apart using your scissors. Use them as you would commercial stickers.
