How to Fix a Gravy With Too Much Onion

    • 1). Use a spoon to remove as much of the onion as possible so the flavor doesn't seep more into the gravy.

    • 2). Remove 1/3 cup of gravy from your pot.

    • 3). Add 1/3 cup of stock.

    • 4). Add flour slowly if the consistency is too runny. Mix well.

    • 5). Taste the gravy to see if it needs more of anything else. Add salt and pepper for taste.
