Pine Cone Place Cards

• Gather pine cones from your yard or purchase in a craft store. Apply gold glitter to the pine cones with an aerosol can of paint or by using a paintbrush to apply glue, then dust with gold glitter. Using cookie cutters as a guide, trace the shape of a turkey, pumpkin, leaf or other Thanksgiving images onto card stock. Cut the images out and write the names of guests in gold ink, then place a single card in each pine cone and place on the table.
  
  

Pumpkin Place Cards

• Thoroughly wash and dry miniature pumpkins. Dip a paintbrush in Modge Podge and paint the name of your guest on the pumpkin, then dip the pumpkin in orange or iridescent glitter. If the name is long you can do a few letters at a time to prevent the Modge Podge from drying before the glitter is applied.
  
  

Pilgrim Hat Place Cards

• Paint the body of 2-inch clay flowerpots black. Use a variety of colors to paint the rims of the flowerpots to create colorful hatbands. Cut circles from black felt approximately ½-inch in diameter larger than the top of the flowerpots. Glue the felt to the top of the flowerpot to complete the hat. Use a paint pen or a permanent marker to write the names of guests on the hatbands.
