Change Batteries

• 1). Look on the base of the transmitter for the tab labeled "Press." Press this tab and open the battery compartment door.
  
  
• 2). Remove all eight of the current batteries and place the new ones in. Check the "+" and "-" signs in the compartment and on the batteries to see which direction each battery needs to be inserted.
  
  
• 3). Put the battery compartment door back in place and snap it shut. Turn the transmitter on and check the indicator light. It should be solid red (no flashing).
  
  

Reset Reversing Switches

• 1). Check the switch labeled "Ch. 1" on the transmitter, which represents steering. If the switch is moved to the right position, move it to the left.
  
  
• 2). Check the switch labeled "Ch. 2," which represents throttle and braking. If it is moved to the left, move it to the right.
  
  
• 3). Check the switch labeled "Ch. 3" on the transmitter, which represents shifting. If it is moved to the left, move it to the right.
