If you like a meaty gravy but you're eating vegetarian or meat-free these days, this meatless gravy recipe is for you. It uses little chunks of TVP, textured vegetable protein, or TSP, textured soy protein, for a thick and "meaty" vegetarian gravy - thick and chunky! Be sure to use vegan margarine and soy milk instead of butter and dairy milk if you're eating vegan.
