How to Rotate Buildings on "The Settlers: Rise of an Empire"
- 1). Click the "Construction Panel" on the right side of the screen and choose the building you wish to build.
- 2). Move the building to the location where you wish to build it, using your mouse.
- 3). Hold the "Shift" key on your keyboard and spin the scroll wheel on your mouse to rotate the building.
