At Home Cures For Acne - 3 Tested Acne Cures That Work
There are so many home cures for acne; choosing treatments to try to clear your skin can be confusing.
As an adult acne suffer, I have tried many home cures without success.
I want to share my 3 best home cure solutions that worked for me.
Most of the items that you will need can be found in your house or can be purchased at any grocery store.
1.
Apple Cider Vinegar This was probably the best solution for clearing my skin.
I cannot believe that I didn't find out about this earlier in my life.
Mix a squeeze bottle half full of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and fill with filtered water.
Using a cotton ball - rub all over your freshly washed face and allow to dry - twice daily for maximum benefit.
Warning: Your face will have a vinegar smell.
You can rinse off after 5-10 minutes to get rid of the smell.
2.
Steaming Your Face It's important to open up and clear out those pores.
A facial steam helps this process and clears your sinuses at the same time, which can be a bonus during flu season.
One easy way to steam your face is apply a very warm washcloth to your entire face, leave on for until it gets cold and repeat for 20 minutes daily.
3.
Yogurt Plain yogurt makes a great facial treatment to clear your skin.
Simply apply a thin layer on your face, lie back and relax for about 10 minutes.
This treatment works best when done 3 to 4 times per week.
The yogurt neutralizes the skin and kills off the bacteria that can cause blemishes.
Like with all food products, you should avoid using them to treat your acne breakout if you are allergic to consuming them.
