• Named after a coastal city famous for its beautiful Hindu temples, Udupi Bhavan serves up vegetarian delicacies from southern India. Guests should try one of the region's (and Udupi's) signature dishes: the dosa, a rolled rice and lentil crepe served plain or stuffed with a variety of savory fillings. • The Bollywood Grill derives both its name and its movie-themed menu from India's home grown film industry, one of the world's largest and most prolific. The fare covers a number of old favorites, from chicken korma to lamb vindaloo.
