How to Paint Canvas Runners
- 1). Lay out the canvas table runner on a flat, dry surface.
- 2). Position the stencil on the runner, using the ruler to ensure it is evenly placed.
- 3). Secure the stencil with small pieces of tape.
- 4). Pour the paints into the palette and mix them if needed, to achieve the require colors.
- 5). Using a paint brush, carefully start filling in the first sections of the stencil.
- 6). Pour the water into the cup, and rinse the brush before moving on the next color. Keep doing this until the stencil is fully filled in.
- 7). Spray the painted runner with the sealing spray once the paint has dried. It will take about a half-hour for the paint to dry, and another half-hour for the sealer to set.
