It is recommended that you use keywords in the page titles of your capture pages, websites..

You can place text/keywords in your title tags (between the portions).
Understand this, the text  you put in between your title tags is EXACTLY how it will appear on your page title.
Whatever text you fill in will appear in the title bar of web browsers when people view it.
For example, let's say you're on the search engine Yahoo.
Go to WarriorForum.
It's a very popular website for Internet/Network Marketers.
You can ask and answer questions.
 You will notice a narrow blue bar with white letters at the very top.
That is a title bar.
"WarriorForum- Internet Marketing Forums" is the page title.
It's followed by the name of the web browser.
Check out some of your favorite websites.
Pay attention to the page titles.
They should briefly describe the title and/or the contents of that page.
Also, pay attention to which keywords are used.
