How to Uninstall Hampton Bay Under Cabinet Lights
- 1). Unplug the power cord for the Hampton Bay under-cabinet lighting. Unplug the connection cables between each light.
- 2). Pull off the lens covers on the Hampton Bay under-cabinet lights and place them in a plastic bag. This will allow you access to the mounting screws.
- 3). Pull the retaining clips off the cords between the lights with pliers. Put the retaining clips in the bag with the lens covers and screws.
- 4). Unfasten the mounting screws holding the housing assembly to the underside of the cabinets, using a screw gun. The Hampton Bay under-cabinet lighting should now be completely free from the underside of the cabinet. Place the mounting screws and lights in the plastic bag as well.
