How to Make a Party Mask With Paper
- 1). Cut out an oval from card stock to measure four inches wide and eight inches long.
- 2). Paint the oval using acrylic paint. You can paint the oval a solid color or you can paint on a pattern, such as tiger stripes or fur. Let the paint dry completely.
- 3). Cut out two eye holes from the front of the oval.
- 4). Punch a hole into both of the smaller ends of the oval using a single hole punch. Place the holes about one inch from the end.
- 5). Cut two pieces of ribbon to measure eight inches long.
- 6). Tie one ribbon around each of the holes. Use the ribbon to tie the mask on.
