Real Ways to Lose Weight Quickly Without Cutting Down on Food

The problem with obesity is that it's a downward spiral that's hard to get out of.
When you're overweight, you tend to get depressed, which in turn entices you to eat more, which stresses you out, which makes you eat for comfort...
the cycle goes on.
Are there any real ways to lose weight quickly, without cutting down on the amount of food you eat? Actually, there are some ways to lose weight without going hungry - although these are mostly temporary, "quick fix" diets.
One example is the "negative calorie" diet, where you follow a list of foods that have calorie counts that are smaller than what the body uses to digest them.
For instance, if a food item has 50 calories, but the body uses up 70 calories to digest it, then chances are it's on the negative calorie diet's allowed food list.
Naturally, you can eat as much of these foods as you want, and you don't have to go starving yourself.
Another popular diet that doesn't force you to go hungry is the "cabbage soup" diet.
In this one, you're allowed to eat as much cabbage soup as you want for seven days, in addition to a few other allowable food items.
This diet is meant to be followed for a week, in which you can experience a loss of about two pounds without even exercising.
However, you'll need to remember that these are only temporary diets.
Following them for longer than the recommended durations can harm your health.
Keep in mind that the best way to diet is slowly and steadily, with a good diet plan and a regular exercise regimen.
A loss of one or two pounds per week is a healthy rate to follow, so don't be disappointed if you're feeling you're losing weight too slowly.
