How Do I Grill Shrimp on Skewers?

    • 1). Soak the wooden skewers in warm water for 20 or 30 minutes.

    • 2). Insert the sharp end of the skewer through one tail, and then through the opposite end. The curved shrimp allows you to push a skewer through two opposite ends of each shrimp.

    • 3). Continue adding shrimp, until the skewer is full.

    • 4). Brush the skewer of shrimp with melted butter, on both sides.

    • 5). Place the skewer of shrimp on the grill, at medium-high heat. Turn after one or two minutes. Shrimp cooks fairly quickly. When the meat is white, and no longer transparent, it is cooked.
