How to Clean Scratched CDs Without a CD Cleaner
- 1). Peel one banana.
- 2). Remove the banana from the peel and put the peel to the side.
- 3). Use a paring knife to cut the banana in half.
- 4). Use circular motions to rub one half of the freshy cut banana onto the surface of the CD.
- 5). Wipe the surface of the CD with the inside of the banana peel. Be sure to use circular motions.
- 6). Use a lint-free cotton cloth to wipe the surface of the CD. Use circular motions and continue the process for approximately 4 minutes.
- 7). Spray glass cleaner onto the CD and use a second lint-free cotton cloth to wipe away any traces of banana. The CD should be ready to play.
